On Monday, February 10, 2025, Dr. Nicholas O’Brien, the Ambassador of Ireland to China, accompanied by Derek Lambe, Economic Counsellor, visited AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company Limited (“AerDragon”).
AerDragon Senior Management welcomed Ambassador O’Brien and gave a brief introduction of the aviation leasing industry and AerDragon’s business.
Ambassador O’Brien complemented AerDragon’s achievements in the aviation leasing sector and hopes to continue to support the development of Irish-invested enterprises in China with better services.
Gang Li, CEO of AerDragon, expressed his gratitude to Ambassador O’Brien, and that AerDragon will contribute more to the business cooperation between China and Ireland.
Seán Brennan, COO, and Liu Jian, Deputy CFO of AerDragon, also attended the meeting.
AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company Limited and the Export-Import Bank of China entered into a memorandum of understanding for aircraft financing on November 12, 2024 during the 15th China International Aviation Aerospace Exhibition.
