Job Title: Accounting Manager

Reporting to: VP Finance

Description:

AerDragon is the first Chinese lessor dedicated to aircraft operating lease. It is a joint venture among China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (China), AerCap (Ireland), CACIB (France) and East Epoch (Hong Kong, China). The company is looking for an accounting manager to support the Finance department’s further development.

As a key member of the Finance team, the position will be responsible for the efficient and effective execution of day-to-day accounting functions and deliver financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

• GL accounting, tax accounting and month-end closingunder PRC GAAP and IFRS of assigned legal entities.
• Timely and accurate preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements, cash flow.
• Balance sheet reconciliation,internal control activities and d 
• Meeting management and shareholders’ report requirements.
• Support statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Lead or support financerelated projects.
• Other tasks as assignedby Finance management.

Required Experiences and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related major. Accounting or finance related qualificationpreferred.
• Minimum 6years accounting working experience, with at least 3 years of GL accounting Big four or top accounting firm experience preferred. Work experience in an international environment is required.
• Detail-orientated, fast learner, drive to improve, analytical and strong organizational skills.
• Able to deliver high-quality work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience inPRC GAAP. IFRS accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skill, experience of usingERP system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Team player.
