AerDragon is the first Chinese lessor dedicated to aircraft operating lease. It is a joint venture among China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (China), AerCap (Ireland), CACIB (France) and East Epoch (Hong Kong, China). The company is looking for a (Senior) Treasury Manager.
As a member of the Treasury department, which manages the financings, interest rate risk and cash management, the (Senior) Treasury Manager is required to work in an international, multi-cultural environment and communicate effectively in English. This position is based in Beijing with occasional domestic and international travel.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Communicate with financiers on pre-loan procedures and negotiations of financing documentation;
•  Execute of and manage financing transactions;
•  Analyse and manage hedging products;
• Manage and mitigate the company’s contractual and credit risks
• Manage all covenants compliance related matters;
• Day to day management of financing arrangement;
•  Other tasks dispatched.

Required qualifications

• University degree required, master degree preferred
• At least three years relevant work experiences
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
• Unrestricted right to work in China

• Computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
